Randy has 25+ years of experience in capture management, campaign execution, and proposal management and technical writing. He has led and managed captures and proposals in the areas of cybersecurity services, Agile software development, IT support and managed services, ITSM, and business systems integration. He is skilled at leading matrixed capture and proposal teams to win new business; leading proposal volumes and providing support to SMEs for management and technical content.
Randy holds a Master's Degree in Economics and International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University.

Principal
Beth has over 20 years of experience in community and economic development experience in both the public and private sectors. Using her background in development and urban planning allows Beth to incorporate grants and incentives, tax credit development, policy creation, project management, due diligence, and land acquisition. She has secured over $600 million in grant funds for infrastructure, business development, community and economic development projects, and natural resource improvements. Beth is skilled at leading projects, conceptualizing missions, and amplifying broader impacts to maximize captures and incentives for project development.
Beth holds a Master’s Degree and Public and Environmental Affairs from Indiana University.
